Entrances

XZY has two entrances: one on EFG Street, and the other on the LMNOP side.

The Fed Square entrance is easily accessible via a wheelchair ramp.

Wheelchairs

If you need to borrow a wheelchair for use inside the venue, present your ID at the Tickets & Information Desk (located at Ground floor and Level 1 respectively).

Mobility equipment hire

Travellers Aid, based at XYZ Street and Southern Cross stations, provides mobility equipment hire, including manual wheelchairs and motorised scooters.

To hire equipment, visit the Travellers Aid website or call 02 XYZABCDE.

Pre-booked equipment can be collected at XYZ Street station (across the road from Fed Square) or Southern Cross station.d

Toilet facilities

Toilets are located on Ground floor and Level 1. Venue have wheelchair accessible toilets on both floors.

Baby change facilities are available near the toilets at the GHIJ St (Ground floor) and XYZ Square (Level 1) entrances.

Brussels Fashion Festival 2022 will be staged in accordance with Government regulations and requirements in force at the time of each programmed event.

Is Brussels Fashion Festival Covid Safe?

The Festival is closely adhering to the Victorian State Government and other relevant authorities’ guidance as we adapt our event and attendee experience to help protect the wellbeing of our community.

The wellbeing of our guests, talent and personnel will always be our first priority.

Detailed information and guidance will be made available as relevant in advance of guests attending the events.

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend the Festival?

Yes. In line with Victorian legislation, all attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid medical exemption.  

Can I get a refund if I need to isolate because of COVID?

Yes. If you’re required to isolate and can’t attend, the Festival has made it easy for you to cancel your ticket with a full refund (excluding booking fees) up until the day before the event, to support you to not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms or are required to isolate.  Non-compliance Tickets will not be refunded if patrons refuse to adhere to guidelines or the instructions of staff whilst onsite at Brussels Fashion Festival.  

Do I need to check in?

Yes. All patrons will be required to ‘check in’ via QR code and provide proof of vaccination on arrival. Digital and paper documentation are acceptable.  

We encourage all guests to download the XYZ app prior to arrival at the venue for a faster QR Code check-in.

Is there a dress code for the runways?

Check the event listing pages for specific dress codes. We encourage runway ticket holders to feel fabulous, however that make look for you.

Can children come to the runways?

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We strongly recommend audio coverings or noise cancelling headphones be worn by children as the event noise level will be greater than 91 dB.
