The Festival is closely adhering to the Belgian Government and other relevant authorities’ guidance as we adapt our event and attendee experience to help protect the wellbeing of our community.

Yes.
In line with Belgian legislation, all attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid medical exemption.
Yes.
All patrons will be required to ‘check in’ via QR code and provide proof of vaccination on arrival.
Digital and paper documentation are acceptable.
We encourage all guests to download the Service Victoria app prior to arrival at the venue for a faster QR Code check-in.
If requested by the Belgian Department of Health Services, BFF may provide them with your contact information to assist with COVID-19 contact tracing.
Please note all patron information is collected and stored according to relevant privacy law requirements.
Ticket holders will be advised on the relevant government regulations prior to the event.
Yes. If you’re required to isolate and can’t attend, the Festival has made it easy for you to cancel your ticket with a full refund (excluding booking fees) up until the day before the event, to support you to not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms or are required to isolate.
Non-compliance Tickets will not be refunded if patrons refuse to adhere to guidelines or the instructions of staff whilst onsite at the Festival.
Fashion X Dining Series restaurant bookings (including Corporate Hospitality) are subject to legislated vaccination requirements to accept reservations.
All patrons will be asked to comply with safety procedures according to Belgian Government regulations at the time, and any other pre-advised requirements issued by Brussels Fashion Festival.
