Non-compliance tickets will not be refunded if patrons refuse to adhere to guidelines or the instructions of staff whilst onsite at the Festival.

All group bookings must be made in one transaction to be seated together, and each guest’s details will be required for contact tracing purposes (name, email address).
If you are booking on behalf of a group, please share the tickets with your guests ahead of the event to allow for a smooth process on arrival.
No, all tickets must be pre-booked for Festival-produced events, with no walk-ins available.
If you are attending an Independently produced event, please contact the organiser for further details.
